When I was a kid I would always use my mom old candles or any kind of wax I could find! Wax is great and all but there was still some friction I believed I could eliminate. After my dad built a rail for me he showed me this stuff he used at work for make surfaces stick and suggested I try it. Well I did WOW! A dab will do ya lol. This became the secret sauce of my whole crew! Fast forward to 2017, when I put the same product in wax and took it to Ollie’s skatepark in Florence Kentucky for a test. What I was left with was the slickest wax I’ve ever experienced! We continued to rock this wax for a couple years then in 2022 I decided to wanted to share this innovation with the whole skateboarding community!!! Siliwax Lube Co was born, offering a product developed and produced by the hands of a skater for all skaters to shred.
Over the years the products have evolved but the formula stays the same, with the slogan “More than just wax” remaining ever true.
This brand is entirely skater owned and every bar is made by hand.
